For limited companies, checks may include:

  • Company status
  • Incorporation date
  • Registered address
  • Directors
  • Previous names
  • Filing history

  • Disqualification information

A business registration check does not mean ASAP Local guarantees the business.

5. Qualifications

You must hold all qualifications, licences and registrations legally required for the services you offer.

Where a service requires professional registration, ASAP Local may require evidence before you can offer that service.

You must notify ASAP Local if:

  • A qualification expires

ASAP Local may accept alternative evidence where appropriate.

For example, you must not:

  • Obtain a lead through ASAP Local;
  • Move the customer off-platform;
  • Complete the same transaction outside the platform;
